【摘要】目的 本调查旨在探讨辅食首添时间对贵阳442名6～12月婴儿生长发育的影响及生长发育现况。方法 采用偶遇抽样的方法，抽取在贵阳市妇幼保健院定期参加体格检查的6～12月婴儿的主要喂养者作为调查对象进行问卷调查，并收集婴儿的体格检查结果。由专人负责，统一表格、标准和要求，进行统一规定的问卷调查和体格检查。结果 不论男婴还是女婴，6～，9～月龄分组不同辅食添加首添时间下的各组间的身长和体重差异无统计学意义。226名男婴中仅有3名为重度生长迟缓（1.33%）、有11名为轻度生长迟缓（4.87%），有186名身长处于正常范围（82.30%），有19名处于偏高状态（8.41%），另外有7名处于高身材状态（3.09%）。216名女婴中仅有1名为重度生长迟缓（0.46%）、有4名为轻度生长迟缓（1.85%），有152名身长处于正常范围（70.37%），有40名处于偏高状态（18.51%），另外有19名处于高身材状态（8.79%） 结论 及时合理的添加辅食，对于维持正常的生长发育有着至关重要的作用。注重辅食首添时间的同时，还应当注意辅食添加的品种和数量，以满足婴儿生长发育的需要。在提倡科学母乳喂养的同时，进一步加强婴幼儿辅食添加的知识及喂养行为方面的宣教，有助于促进婴儿体格健康发育。

Results No matter or baby girl baby boy, 6 ~, 9 ~ months cow group different first add time to add the height and weight difference between not statistically significant. 226 baby boy named severe growth in only 3 of slow (1.33%), have called mild slow growth 11 (4.87%), 186 were in the normal range (82.30%), 19 name in state higher (8.41%), and another seven in high figure state (3.09%). 216 baby girls only 1 in called severe growth slow (0.46%), have 4 called mild slow growth (1.85%), 152 were in the normal range (70.37%), there are 40 in high state (18.51%), and another 19 name in high figure state (8.79%).Conclusion Timely reasonable addition to assist food, to maintain the normal growth and development have a vital role. Pay attention to the first time cow added at the same time, attention shall be paid to add the kind and quality of the cow, in order to meet the needs of the children’s growth. In advocate scientific breastfeeding at the same time, to further strengthen the cow of knowledge and add infant feeding behavior of the mission, help to promote baby physical health and development.
