护士工作压力原因分析及应对措施的探讨

摘要

目的：本文通过对护士工作压力原因的分析及应对措施的探讨，能更好的推动护理工作的开展。

方法：本文结合护士工作实际经验并参考相关文献，通过对护士工作压力原因的两方面分析探讨，进而提出相应的应对措施。

结果：护士压力大，技术操作多，工作不规律是护理工作的一大特点。

结论：护理人员工作压力明显高于一般职业，护理人员心理水平远远低于普通女性常模，这种过度的工作压力不仅影响护士的身心健康而且影响护理工作的质量，值得引起重视。

Abstract

Objective：Based on the analysis of the reasons of nurses’ job stress and coping measures, we can better promote the nursing work。

Method：In this paper, combined with the actual work of nurses and related references, based on the analysis of the causes of work pressure of nurses, and puts forward the corresponding measures。

Result：Pressure in nurses, technical operations, no regular working is a general characteristic of nursing work。

Conclusion：The nursing staff working pressure was higher than that of the general occupation, the nursing staff’s psychological level is far below the ordinary female norm.This kind of excessive work pressure not only affect the physical and mental health of nurses ,but the influence of the quality of nursing, we should pay more attention to。
