互联网，是人类历史最伟大的发明之一，如今21世纪，在人类生活的方方面面到处都有着互联网技术的身影，越来越多的人开始接触使用互联网，利用互联网的方便快捷的性能进行学习，工作等方方面面。在高等院校中，图书馆的随书光盘的管理已经开始渐渐的从传统的管理方式变化为利用互联网技术进行管理。因此，图书馆随书光盘管理系统也应运而生。它比传统的管理方式更加便捷，能够减少图书管理员的重复工作，提高工作效率，同时也有利于光盘数据的保存。不仅如此，高等院校的图书馆随书管理系统还能够满足高校教学要求，高校的科研要求，提高图书馆管理的效率，对建设数字化、网络化的高校图书馆是有着重要意义的。
内蒙古财经大学图书馆自2004年引进“汇文”图书管理系统以来，对图书的借阅、统计等方面的管理已经实现了自动化。然而对于随书的光盘来说目前新出版图书配盘率已达10‰以上，并有逐年增长之势。无论光盘是何种格式何种介质，但它的本质是数字资源，并且是适合图书馆服务群体的专业资源。内蒙古财经大学每年花费巨资购买各种数字资源，但其利用率却很低。主要原因之一就是专业对口问题，而我们的随书光盘本身的特性决定了它就是一种专业资源，不能充分利用，是资源的巨大浪费。因此，本文在结合作者的工作实际情况，参考相关高校图书馆随书光盘管理系统软件，使用JSP技术设计出一个内蒙古财经大学图书馆随书光盘管理系统，期望能提高数字资源的利用率，解决资源浪费问题。
本次设计的系统的实现需求是使在任何可以上互联网的地点，使用者可以下载我校的随书光盘的数字资源。系统的结构是B/S的三层体系，系统是一个web应用程序。系统采用JSP和SQL SERVER 2005技术，C#是系统的开发语言，Microsoft Visual Studio 2008是系统的开发工具，Microsoft SQL SERVER 2005是系统的后台数据库。
第一章，引言。说明了内蒙古财经大学图书馆随书光盘系统的研究背景、依据和意义，对国内的发展动态进行详细的阐述，最后说明全文的内容和结构。
第二章，相关技术。首先介绍随书光盘的主要内容，然后先后对B/S模式、.NET、JSP、ADO.NET、.NET Framework、SQL Server 和Microsoft Visual Studio 2008相关技术进行逐一的介绍，并有针对性节选某些技术进行详细说明。
第三章，系统分析与设计。本章节主要分为两部分，第一部分主要分析系统的需求，第二部分则介绍如何基于JSP技术设计内蒙古财经大学随书光盘管理系统。
第四章， 数据库设计。本章节主要介绍系统的数据库的设计流程，依次为需求分析、概念结构设计和逻辑结构设计三大步骤。
第五章，系统的实现。本章节主要介绍如何实现本系统的各功能模块。
第六章，系统的测试。本章节主要对系统各环节进行一一测算，并给出相应的测试结果。
结论，对全文进行全面阐述，并得出研究结论。
内蒙古财经大学随书光盘管理系统实现试运行后，具有操作界面和谐，操作简单易手，内部有独立模块，扩展方便，且管理员维护方便，稳定性较强等优点。系统的实用性很强，被我校应用的前景很好。

Therefore, the combination of the actual situation, with reference to the relevant university library management system software CD with the book, the use of the JSP technology design an Inner Mongolia Finance and Economics University Library CD with the book management system, expected to improve digital resources utilization, resolve The resources wasted problems.
The realization of the demand of the design system is so in any location can be on the Internet, users can download a CD with the book in my school’s digital resources.
