摘要：近年来，有大量的农村剩余劳动力外出务工在农村地区出现了这样一个特殊的群体——“留守儿童”。他们缺乏父母照顾，也缺乏政府在农村地区的基础教育支持，且留守儿童在社会上的关注度逐渐减弱，这些问题让人深省留守儿童的受教育的权利能不能得到保障。他们的抚养和教育问题不仅与他们的成长有关，而且还对农村地区基础教育的发展和构建和谐社会有关。关注农村留守儿童，并有效地保护留守儿童受教育的权利成为一个严重的问题，。本文将总结农村教育问题和留守儿童的权利现状，分析这些问题产生的原因，并提出了一些措施，以保护留守儿童受教育的权利。

Abstract: In recent years, a large number of rural surplus labor migrant, in rural areas there such a special group of people – “Children Left Behind.” Lack of family care, government support for basic education in rural areas fatigue, social care for rural children left behind apathy, and many other factors make the current situation of education of children left behind worrying, their upbringing and education problem is not only related to the health of its growth, but also on to the development of education in rural areas and build a harmonious society to achieve goals. Attention to rural children left behind, and effectively protect the right to education of rural children left behind to become a serious problem. This article summarizes the current status of left-behind children’s right to education and problems, analyze the causes of these problems, and put forward some measures to protect the right to education of rural children left behind.
