摘 要
人类进入21世纪后,整个世界的发展速度飞快发展,科学技术突飞猛进。许多发展中国家重视科学和技术的发展,并将其作为经济发展前进的推动力,积极着手开拓建设更多的知识密集型的经济,而STEM中的各类科目恰好是知识密集型经济所需的基本能力。许多发展中国家重视科学和技术的发展,作为经济发展前进的推动力,并积极着手开拓建设更多的知识密集型的经济,因此,美国大力发展教育中的STEM课程,为以后的经济发展奠定基础。当今世界,美国是第一大经济强国对世界的经济、文化、政治、军事产生巨大影响。历史表明,经济强国的背后离不开教育的支持,所以我们应该着力研究成功背后的因素,因此,美国教育是各国研究的长期目标。STEM教育在美国作为一门新兴的课程,越来越受到政府的重视。而对中国而言,虽然STEM是相对新鲜的词汇,但是也得到部分大学学者的认同,相信在不久的将来会得到更多的关注。本文着力研究STEM在美国发展的现状及对中国教育的启示。

This paper focuses on the current situation of STEM development in the United States and its inspiration to Chinese education.
