摘要
高等职业教育作为本科教育的补充,为我国社会主义现代化建设提供了大量技术型人才,其重要性不言而喻。本文由高等职业教育学生学业评价现状入手,说明了评价标准失真,难以反应学生的技能水平;考核以卷面形式为主,内容难以反映高职教育的所有方;考核以期末考试的形式为主,缺乏过程性考核的问题。并在详细地分析了问题的基础上,提出了强化高等职业教育学生学业评价工作的措施,有转变评价观,摒弃单纯的分数评价模式;拓展评价考核内容,以全面反映学生的能力;拓宽考核形式,灵活检测学生的多项能力;量结合定型、一次性结合过程性、理论结合实践,全面考察学生的能力。并在最后,对提升学生学业能力给出了要培养学生的自我职业决策能力和职业生涯规划能力,引导大学生树立正确的职业认知,强化大学生的职业素养培训,充分发挥教师的教学作用的四点建议。

Abstract
Vocational education as a complement to undergraduate education, China’s socialist modernization drive provides a large number of technical personnel, and its importance is self-evident. In this paper, the status of vocational education students’ academic evaluation start the evaluation criteria described distortion, hardly reacts student skill levels;-based assessment in the form of noodles, all parties not reflect the content of vocational education; assessment mainly in the form of final exam lack of procedural assessment issues. And a detailed analysis of the problem based on the proposed measures to strengthen vocational education student evaluation studies, and there is a change evaluation concept, to abandon mere fraction evaluation model; expand the evaluation and examination content to fully reflect the student’s ability; to broaden the assessment , flexible and detected a number of student ability; the amount of bound stereotypes, one-time process of combining theory with practice, comprehensive survey of students’ abilities. And finally, to enhance students’ academic ability is given to students career decision-making skills and self-career planning skills to guide students to establish a correct professional knowledge, strengthen professional quality training of college students, give full play to the role of teachers teaching four suggestions.
