摘 要
21世纪的今天,随着社会的不断发展与进步,人们对于信息科学化的认识,已由低层次向高层次发展,由原来的感性认识向理性认识提高,管理工作的重要性已逐渐被人们所认识,科学化的管理,使信息存储达到准确、快速、完善,并能提高工作管理效率,促进其发展。
论文主要是对物业管理系统进行了介绍,包括研究的现状,还有涉及的开发背景,然后还对系统的设计目标进行了论述,还有系统的需求,以及整个的设计方案,对系统的设计以及实现,也都论述的比较细致,最后对物业管理系统进行了一些具体测试。
本文以 php为开发技术,实现了一个物业管理系统。物业管理系统的主要使用者分为管理员和业主,业主:个人资料管理、设备报修管理、投诉管理缴费管理、车辆管理,管理员:系统用户管理、新闻数据管理、用户注册管理、员工管理、业主管理、缴费管理、车辆管理、设备报修管理、投诉管理、员工统计、系统管理等功能。通过这些功能模块的设计,基本上实现了整个物业管理系统信息管理的过程。
具体在系统设计上,采用了B/S的结构,同时,也使用 php技术在动态页面上进行了设计,后台上采用Mysql数据库,是一个非常优秀的物业管理系统。

Abstract
Today in the 21st century, with the continuous development of society and progress, people for the understanding of the scientific information that has been developed from low level to high level development, from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge, the importance of management work has been gradually known by people, scientific management, to store information accurate, fast, perfect, and can improve the work efficiency of management, promote its development.
Paper is mainly on the property management system are introduced, including the present situation of the research, and involved in the development of the background, and then has carried on the elaboration to the design of system target, and the demand of the system, and the whole design scheme of the system design and implementation, are also discussed more meticulous, finally some specific tests for property management system.
In this paper, PHP is used as the development technology to implement a property management system. The main users of property management system is divided into administrators and owners, the owners: personal information management, equipment service management, complaint management, payment management, vehicle management, administrator: system user management, data management, user registration, news management, staff management, the owner management, payment management, vehicle management, equipment service management, complaint management, staff statistics, system management, and other functions. Through the design of these function modules, the information management process of the whole property management system is basically realized.
In terms of system design, B/S structure is adopted. At the same time, PHP technology is also used to design on the dynamic page. Mysql database is adopted on the back desk, which is a very excellent property management system.
