摘要
课堂引入作为课堂设置中相当重要的一个环节,优良的引入有利于教育目的、授课目的的实现。分析生物授课的引入于中学阶段生物教学的成长进步具有相当关键的作用,这对针对新纪元的教课革新有着相当不可忽视的价值。但是长治的教学观念同样相对前卫,具有相当一部分优秀的老师。这些优秀的教师们的若干有特点的授课形式值得大家参考借鉴,特别是在课堂引入层面。分析优秀教师们怎样利用不同引入技术让学生了解学习目标、引起他们对上课的热情,最大限度的提高学生们的积极性、处理好知识的转化等等能够给较多的老师及潜在的教师从业者提供有价值的借鉴。本探究组员就长治市各个学习的八个生物老师及二百五十位高中学生于老师引入技术的使用状况、老师对引入手段授课成效的评价、老师学习引入技巧的形式与对这些方面的意见、孩子们对老师引入技巧的使用状况、学生对老师使用的引入技巧教学成效的评估、学生对其使用引入技巧的意见等等几个层面区别老师及学生二个团体展开问卷调研,且就业已参与教育事业很久的专家老师、教学突出的老师,才加入老师队伍的新成员,还有仍在学习中的师范生进行了调查;且进入中学授课实践中了解到了若干年老师的常规性的教学课程;此外,针对若干优秀老师的典型性授课记录展开了梳理归纳。分析表明,相当一部分老师提出引入于生物授课中是相当关键的一个环节,授课实践中引入所利用的形式多样,然而较为普遍运用的却很单一,成效同样高低不一。在这个前提下,本文还梳理了若干高中生物授课有效的引入方式。

Abstract

In this study, the researcher introduced the use of technology by teachers in eight biology teachers and 250 senior high school students in Changzhi City.
