摘 要
我国作为世界上最大的发展中国家,但是经济发展水平仍然偏低、金融主体竞争力不强、金融体系还很脆弱。自入市以来,外资银行的不断涌入,不仅给我国银行业带来了先进的管理方式,而且也带来了巨大的压力。尤其对于中间业务的发展上,外资银行的理财中心纷纷登陆我国市场,期望通过理财业务来吸引优质高端客户,扩大市场份额,因此个人理财业务成为国内外银行角逐的焦点。目前我国理财业务的水平普遍不高,但用发展的眼光来看,随着国家政策的大力扶持、人民群众素质的不断提高及逐渐扩大的市场需求,银行理财业务具有十分丰富的发展潜力。

Abstract
China as the world’s largest developing country, but the level of economic development is still low, financial main less competitive, the financial system is still fragile. Since the stock market since the continuous influx of foreign banks, not only to China’s banking sector advanced management methods, but also brought great pressure. Especially for the development of intermediary business, the financial center of the foreign banks have landed in China’s market, expect to attract high-quality high-end customers, expand market share through the Financial Services, Personal Financial Services to become the focus of contention of the domestic and foreign banks. The current level of China’s wealth management business is generally not high, but with the development point of view, with the strong support of national policy, continuously improving the quality of the masses, and gradually expand the market demand, bank wealth management business has a very rich potential for development.
