摘 要
生物医药产业被誉为21世纪最具发展潜力的产业，同时也是竞争最激烈的高新技术产业之一。在生命科学研究及技术创新取得重大突破的带动下和庞大的市场需求拉动下，生物医药产业发展空间日益广阔，成为众多国家和地区的重点发展和扶持的产业对象，生物医药园区也应势在各个国家纷纷建立起来。实践证明，生物医药园区是生物医药产业发展的主要载体，对于推动生物医药产业和生物医药技术发展有着重要的作用，同时也能大力推动区域经济的发展。
论文将松山湖生物医药科技园作为实证分析对象。由于松山湖生物医药科技园的建立时间相对较短，在园区的运营方面还存在很多不足，对该园区的发展策略进行分析和研究将有助于松山湖生物医药科技园的进一步发展。

第三，论文对松山湖生物医药科技园发展存在的问题进行了分析。存在的问题主要表现在：发展定位模糊；管理体制僵化；缺乏创新理念；融资渠道狭窄；企业关联度低；产业基础薄弱。
最后，论文提出了促进松山湖生物医药科技园发展的相关策略。具体策略包括明晰发展定位、创新管理体制、鼓励产业创新、拓宽融资渠道、促进企业交流、加强政府扶持。

As is known to all that Biomedical industry is the most development potential of the industry, but also the most competitive high-tech industries. Bio-pharmaceutical industry for many countries and regions, key targets, biomedical parks in various countries have set up. Practice has proved that biomedical industry park for the promotion of biomedical and bio-medical technology development has an important role, while also promoting regional economic development.
Biomedical papers will Songshan Lake Park as empirical analysis, and because the establishment of Songshan Lake Park, biomedical relatively short time, the operation of the park there are still many deficiencies, the development of the park for analysis and research will help to Songshan Lake biomedical park development.
