房产税新政下对评估业的思考
摘要：房产税的计税依据以应税住房的市场价格确定的评估值为参照。可以肯定的是，实施房产税肯定会给资产评估行业带来一定的市场机遇。本文主要分析了房产税新政的内容和实施状况，同时分析了新房产税下房产评估业面临的问题，进而提出了新房产税下更好发展房产评估业几点建议，旨在更好的发展房产评估业。

Abstract: The tax basis of property tax assessed value of taxable housing market prices to determine the reference. To be sure, the implementation of the real estate tax will definitely give the asset evaluation industry market opportunities. This paper analyzes the property taxes the content and status of implementation of the New Deal, the simultaneous analysis of the problems faced by the real estate appraisal industry in the new property tax, and then put forward several suggestions to better the development of real estate appraisal industry in the new property tax, aimed at better development real estate assessment industry.
