红酒在澳门酒业的竞争力研究
摘要:本文力图研究红酒行业的竞争力,是酒业的发展现状、红酒的行业环境分析和红酒的竞争力分析。另外,本文还谈到了酒业的发展态势、经营规模、产品分类(比如白酒、红酒、啤酒等)以及红酒在酒业中的地位;行业环境分析中讲到了整个行业的概貌、发展规模、集群或战略群组分析、影响行业发展的因素等;红酒的竞争力分析依据的是迈克尔.波特的五力模型,对红酒行业的五种竞争力进行分析。综上,本文分别讲了红酒的历史、红酒的行业环境分析、红酒的市场竞争力分析和红酒行业的发展前景。
