摘 要
在互联网技术快速发展并不断普及的背景下，如何提高政府管理的水平，实现公共治理的和谐，是当前社会广泛关注的一个重要问题。尽管影响政府和谐管理的因素有很多，政府在推进公共治理的方面也有多个途径，但是不管选择哪一种，都需要把借助信息技术、推动政务服务信息化、发展电子政务放在重要的位置，这对全面改善政府的公共管理水平和公共服务能力，提高群众对政府执政能力的认同感和信任度，促进社会和谐发展，都具有重要的意义。

Abstract
In the rapid development of Internet technology and the increasing popularity of background, how to improve the level of government management, realize the harmonious public governance, is an important problem concerned widely in the society. Although the factors influencing the harmonious management has a lot of, the government also has many ways in promoting public governance, but no matter what kind of choice, both need to be put in an important position with the help of information push technology, the development of e-government, e-government service information, to improve the government’s public management and public service ability the masses, improve the government’s ability to govern a sense of identity and trust, promote the harmonious development of the society, all has the vital significance.
