摘 要
随着社会的不断发展,企业间竞争的日益加剧,对高素质人才资源的争夺已经日益成为企业发展战略屮决定资本、管理、技术和市场众多要素中极为关键的
一环。企业发展的每一步都完全依赖于整个创业团队的协作和业绩表现。从资本
运用到内部管理,从技术研发到市场营销,必须依赖优秀人才发挥作用。人才流失问题巳经成为几乎所冇企业的心头大患,因为人才流失所带来的影响和损失是无法估量的。因此,如何应对解决企业人才流失问题,是当前各企业关注的焦点。
本文以东北的人才流失的现状为依据,通过设计调查问卷和访谈交流对东北地区离职人员的离职原因和在职人员的满意度与离职意愿进行了调研,将调查结果进行分析,归纳了东北地区人才流失的影响因素,从而找出东北地区人才流失的成因。并据此针对东北地区人才流失存在的问题提出相应的对策和建议,在薪酬福利体系、绩效考核、激励措施、企业文化等方面提出具体的应对措施与建议。
本文对东北地区人才流失这一问题进行了较为仝面的梳理分析与剖析研究,对东北地区人才流失问题题具有一定的现实应用意义和理论价值。希望能引起企业有关部门对该研究的关注或参考,使东北地区的人才流失问题得以改善。

With the continuous development of society, the increasing competition among enterprises, competition for qualified personnel resources has increasingly become capital, management, technology and market of many elements is the key of enterprise development strategy offers One ring. The brain drain problem of the become almost all enterprise bugbear, because the brain drain brings and the impact of the loss is incalculable. Therefore, how to deal with the problem of brain drain of enterprises is the focus of attention of all enterprises.

This paper losses in the northeast of the personnel on the basis of the present situation, through the design of the questionnaire and interview exchanges in Northeast China employees turnover reason and employees satisfaction and turnover intention of the research. The survey results were analyzed summarized the influencing factors of the brain drain in Northeast China, so as to find out the causes of brain drain in Northeast China. Based on this, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to the problems of brain drain in the northeast region. The paper puts forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of compensation and benefit system, performance appraisal, incentive measures, enterprise culture and so on.
