摘 要
为了激发员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,企业应建立合理的激励制度及其管理流程,构筑合理、公平、公正的激励原则,从而建立科学的员工激励机制,以激发员工对企业的认同感,培养员工的忠诚意识;并在此基础上完善企业员工激励机制,企业应充分考虑员工的个体差异,遵循必要的激励原则,建立和实施多层次激励机制,给予员工个性职场培训,增强员工的忠诚度,制定激励性的薪酬和福利制度,采取人性化的管理手段,以适应现代化管理的需要。
本论文采用相应的研究方法,通过搜集有关企业激励机制建设的资料,综合运用心理学、管理学和经济学中的相关激励理论和方法,在吸收前人的研究结果的基础上,利用本人在京东商城西北仓储部从事多年人力资源管理工作的经历,以京东商城西北仓储部员工为研究对象,从京东商城西北仓储部的实际情况出发,分析目前京东商城西北仓储部在员工激励机制方面存在的问题与不足,重新构思了京东商城西北仓储部激励机制的指导思想和支撑措施。其相应对策主要体现在建立科学合理的薪酬福利体系,创建良好的企业文化,完善系统的员工培训,规划并构建员工职业生涯愿景等等,最后得出结论。实践证明,论文针对京东商城西北仓储部员工设计的激励机制是行之有效的,达到了研究的预期目的。希望所作研究结果能为我国企业员工激励机制的系统研究提供一些参考。

ABSTRACT
In order to stimulate their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, the enterprise should establish reasonable incentive system and management processes, to build a reasonable and fair incentive principle, to establish a scientific incentive mechanism to motivate employees, employees of corporate identity, training staff loyalty consciousness; and on the basis of improving enterprise staff incentive the mechanism, the enterprise should fully consider the individual differences of employees, follow the necessary incentive principle, establish and implement a multi-level incentive mechanism, give employees individual workplace training, enhance employee loyalty, establish competitive salary and welfare system, take the humanized management, in order to adapt to the needs of modern management.
In this paper, the corresponding research method. Through collecting relevant enterprise incentive mechanism construction, incentive theory and method of the integrated use of psychology, management science and economics, in absorbing the basis of previous research results, using I engaged in years of human resources management work experience in Jingdong Mall northwest department of warehousing, Jingdong Mall Northwest warehouse staff as the research object, from Jingdong Mall northwest warehousing Department of the actual situation of, analysis of the problems existing in current Jingdong Mall northwest of warehouse in the staff incentive mechanism and shortcomings, rethink the Jingdong Mall northwest warehousing department incentive mechanism of guidelines and supporting measures. The corresponding countermeasures mainly reflected in established scientific and reasonable salary and welfare system, create a good corporate culture, perfect the system of staff training, planning and constructing staff career vision and so on, finally draws the conclusion. Practice has proved that the design of the incentive mechanism for the warehouse staff in the northwest of the Jingdong mall is effective, to achieve the desired objectives of the study. Hope that the research results can provide some reference for the system of employee incentive mechanism in our country.
