摘 要
在最近几年,随着房屋建造产业技术的不断革新,取得了长足的进步,也为国内经济的快速增长添加了充足的动力。对于现今不断变化的市场形势与政府政策的不断变幻,房屋建造产业呈现出了减速的趋势,因此必须对企业的成本进行严格的掌控,这是提升其市场影响力的必要步骤。将降低成本为宗旨贯穿整个建筑工程的全过程也是建筑企业能否长期发展的关键。本文从南通光华建筑工程有限公司成本管理存在的问题进行了研究分析,从公司战略的成本动因、施工项目的成本控制、价值链分析以及合同管理方法四个方面对公司现状进行了分析,并提出了解决对策,形成了良好的成本管理控制体系,从而提高公司效益,使公司在行业竞争中有一席之地。

Abstract
In recent years, the rapid development of China’s economy to a certain extent depends on the prosperity of the construction industry development.At this stage the face of complex and volatile market environment and state-related control measures.China’s construction industry to a certain extent into a development dilemma.How to strengthen the company’s cost management, reduce the cost of the company to improve the company’s core competitiveness, has become the company’s primary task.Will reduce the cost for the purpose of the whole process throughout the entire construction process is the key to long-term development of construction enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost management of Nantong Guanghua Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., analyzes the present situation of the company from four aspects: the cost of the company strategy, the cost control of the construction project, the value chain analysis and the contract management method. To solve the problem, the formation of a good cost management and control system, thereby enhancing the efficiency of the company, the company has a place in the industry competition.
