企业风险投资管理探讨
摘要：企业的风险投资管理就是通过企业对风险的衡量、识别和控制,使企业投资的风险和最低限度的科学管理方法的相遇过程达到最小成本，基于现有的企业风险投资管理问题分析解决风险投资存在的问题和不足的企业管理，以更好地规范在风险投资活动的企业，为企业创造更多的效益，从投资的角度来看，风险投资是指资金借贷给高新技术新产品研究和发展的领域，促进高新技术的商品化和产业化，以获得资本投资过程中的高利润。从运作方式来看，风险投资是由专业投资管理人才投资高新技术企业，特别是风险资本潜力，而且可以协调风险资本家、技术专家、投资者之间的关系，共享投资利益，分担风险。风险投资是一种特殊的投资行为，由于高风险性，高风险投资对高新技术产业发展的探索，已成为众多经济学者在国内和国外的研究对象。研究了国际风险产业发展的经验，建立了符合中国国情的风险投资模式，这是经济发展的需要，也是本文写作的意义。

Abstract: Risk investment management enterprise is the enterprise to the risk measurement, identification and control, to minimize the cost of the enterprise can meet the adverse consequences of scientific management method and risk and minimum investment of venture capital, the company’s existing management analysis to solve the problem of risk investment based on, existing problem and deficiency of enterprise management, in order to better regulate the risks in the investment activities of enterprises, for enterprises to create more benefits from the investment point of view, venture investment refers to lend to the high-tech new product research and development in the field, to promote the commercialization and industrialization of high and new technology, to obtain high profits in the process of capital investment. Looking from the operation way, venture capital is a professional investment management talent intermediary investment in high-tech enterprises, especially the risk capital potential, but also can coordinate the relationship between venture capitalists, technical experts, investors, investment benefit sharing, risk sharing. Venture capital is a special investment behavior, because of the high risk, to explore the development of high risk investment to high-tech industry, many economic scholars at home and abroad has become the research object. Study on the development of risk industry international experience, established the risk investment pattern in accordance with the Chinese conditions, this is the need of economic development, is the meaning of this writing.
