[摘要]随着社会经济的高速发展，经济全球化的不断深入，企业集团作为适应社会生产力和市场经济发展要求而产生的一种企业组织形式，在现代市场经济中占据着举足轻重的地位。资金又是企业生存和发展的重要基础，被视为企业生产经营的血液，一直受到企业的高度重视。企业管理以财务管理为中心，财务管理以资金管理为中心。资金管理作为企业集团管理的最核心内容已经在业界形成广泛共识。由于企业集团对资金的管控能力不强，监督不力，以及信息化技术落后等相关问题的存在导致企业集团资金散乱，使用效率低下，本位主义严重，财务信息失真失效。本文在企业集团资金管理问题及对策研究上从四个部分进行阐述。第一部分是对企业集团资金管理进行概述，介绍了企业集团的含义，企业集团资金管理的特征，以及企业集团资金管理的作用。第二部分就对企业集团资金管理方面存在的问题进行列举。第三部分是根据存在的问题，找出问题存在的原因，主要原因有三方面。第一是企业集团公司治理结构不合理，第二是企业集团资金管理制度不完善，第三是企业集团信息化技术落后。本文的最后部分就是分析完企业集团资金管理存在的问题后，提出相应的对策。

Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy, the deepening of the economic globalization, the enterprise group as to adapt to the social productive forces and market economy development request and produce a kind of enterprise organization form, in the modern market economy occupies a pivotal position. Money is the important foundation of enterprise survival and development, is regarded as enterprise production and operation of the blood, has been the enterprise attaches great importance to. Enterprise management to financial management as the center, financial management with capital management as the center. Money management as the core content of enterprise group management has form a broad consensus in the industry. As a result of the enterprise group of funds control ability is not strong, weak supervision, backward technology and normalization related problems such as the existence of enterprise group funds scattered, low efficiency, selfish departmentalism serious, accounting information distortion. Based on the enterprise group fund management problem and countermeasure research from four parts. The first part is an overview of enterprise group capital management, this paper introduces the connotation of the enterprise group, the characteristics of the enterprise group fund management, as well as the role of enterprise group capital management. The second part of the problem of the enterprise group fund management list. The third part is according to the existing problems, and find out the cause of the problem, there are three main reasons. The first is the enterprise group company governance structure is not reasonable, the second is the enterprise group fund management system is imperfect, the third is the enterprise group information technology lags behind. The last part of this article is to analyze the problems in enterprise group fund management, put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
