摘要
随着改革开放的红利消失，政府展开了新一轮深化改革，目的是进一步解放社会生产力，在此期间，不少公司借着政策的东风，成功的实现了自身的发展，公司的迅速发展离不开对财务的有效管理，因此财务管理成了公司管理的重中之重，为了研究公司财务管理的情况，通过实地调查，查阅相关的文献资料的方法，提出了在新时代的背景环境下，财务的信息化是未来发展的趋势，解决了电算化舞弊的问题。

Abstract
