摘 要
近年来，加强苏宁内部控制和苏宁文化建设越来越被商家和学者们所关注，而内部控制与苏宁文化之间的关系更是成为学者们讨论的热门话题，内部控制要建立在成本与效益原则的基础上。止是由于内部控制本身的局限性，即使在内控较为健全的苏宁，仍会发生会计信息失真、违法违纪、贪污舞弊等现象。要建立一个科学完善的内部控制并真正发挥有效作用需要许多因素共同起作用，而良好的控制环境是保证内部控制有效运行的重要因素。
本文以哈尔滨苏宁云销商有限公司为例从苏宁文化在苏宁内部控制中的作用角度来探讨二者关系，建议将苏宁文化融入苏宁内部控制制度中，并贯彻内部控制的运行，使苏宁内部控制制度行使的更加有效。
