摘要

随着社会的发展和人类的进步，钢铁行业数量不断地增加。伴随着钢铁行业的不断发展，公司的股利政策不断地发生变化。股利政策是公司投融资活动的逻辑延续，也是影响股价、资本结构等的重要决策。短短的数十年，中国钢铁行业从无到有，由小到大，今天已成为人们经济生活中的重要组成部分，并在我国的经济建设中发挥着积极的作用。我国的多数钢铁公司股利普遍支付率较低甚至不分配，平均股利支付率约为30% ，且呈不断下降的趋势。钢铁行业政策应该要综合考虑各种影响因素，分析其优缺点，并根据公司的发展阶段，选取适宜的现金股利政策。我自己本身对于该问题有着很大的研究兴趣，所以本次论文的题目是钢铁行业分析研究钢铁公司股利政策的现状并提出自己的一些对策。

Abstract

With the social development and human progress, increasing the number of iron and steel industry. With the continuous development of iron and steel industry, the company’s dividend policy changes. Dividend policy is a continuation of corporate investment and financing activities of logic, is also an important decision, capital structure and stock price. A few decades, China steel industry from scratch, from small to large, today has become an important component of economic life of the people, and in the economic construction of our country play a positive role. The majority of our Steel Corp dividend payment rate is low generally don’t even distribution, the average dividend rate is about 30%, and showed a downward trend. Iron and steel industry policy should consider various factors, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and according to the company’s stage of development, selection of appropriate cash dividend policy. I have a great research interest for this problem, so this thesis topic is the research status of Steel Corp dividend policy analysis of the steel industry and puts forward some countermeasures to their.
