我国中小企业存货管理问题研究——以A公司为例
摘要：在市场竞争愈发激烈的时代背景下，企业会储备一定的存货以便为了顺应市场变化，降低订货成本等，存货也是组成企业流动资产的重要部分。企业在储备的同时也面临着较大风险，存货管理水平已经成为约束我国中小企业生存发展的一个重要成分。目前，我国大部分中小企业存货管理意识淡薄，管理方式简单。许多中小企业因存货管理不善导致现金流紧张，严重影响了生产和销售，从而使公司陷入生存和发展的困境。本文主要从我国中小企业存货管理存在的问题、成因、对策方面进行了阐述，并结合A公司的存货管理状况进行分析。

Abstract：In an increasingly competitive market incentives under the background of the times, the enterprise in order to adapt to changes in the market, reduce the cost of ordering and other reasons will be an important part of current assets inventory, inventory is also enterprise. At the same time in the enterprise reserve is also facing greater risk of inventory, inventory management has become an important factor restricting the survival and development of small and medium sized enterprises in china. At present, the inventory management consciousness of the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises in China relatively indifferent, management is relatively simple. Many small and medium-sized enterprises as the stock management lead to tight cash flow, production and sales have been seriously affected, resulting in the company’s survival and development into a dilemma.
