浅析奖励旅游在我国的发展前景
摘 要
随着全球经济的快速发展,旅游业已经形成了巨大规模。近年来,旅游业将企业的绩效相结合而产生了一种新的旅游方式——奖励旅游。在一些发达的欧美地区,奖励旅游得到了当地人民的高度重视,并取得了进一步的发展,但是在我国仍处于萌芽状态,相关的理论研究还没有达到成熟的地步,具体的案例分析仍不多见。本论文将通过参考文献的方式对我国的奖励旅游发展状况进行了解,并根据所存在的现状进行研究分析,探索出制约我国奖励旅游发展的有关因素,然后针对所存在的制约因素提出相应的措施。利用参考、收集、整理相关文献的方法,对有关促进奖励旅游发展的好做法、好建议进行汇总整理,提出了旅行社成功举办奖励旅游的具体流程,为我国旅行社在奖励旅游方面提供依据和技术保证。希望本论文的研究能为推动我国发展奖励旅游产业启动积极的作用。

Analysis of incentive tourism and its development prospect in China
Abstract :With the rapid development of global economy, the tourism industry has formed a large scale. In recent years, tourism enterprises performance with the arising of a new kind of Tourism — incentive travel. In some developed regions in Europe and America, incentive tourism by the local people’s attention, and has made the further development, but in China is still in its infancy, related theoretical research has not reached maturity, specific case analysis still does not see more. In this paper by means of the questionnaire on the Pearl River Delta region tourism development to understand the situation, and based on the present situation of research and analysis, to explore the constraints of China’s tourism development of relevant factors, and then for the existing restrictive factors put forward the corresponding measures. Use of reference, collection, literature review method, related to the promotion of tourism development to reward good practices, good advice is to collect, put forward travel agency successfully held the specific process for incentive travel, China Travel Agency in incentive travel to provide basis and technical assurance. Hope that this study can to promote China’s development of tourism industry to start an aggressive action award.
