【摘 要】
本文的写作目的在于根据我国旅游业利用外资的有关数据，在研究我国旅游业利用外资的现状的基础上，分析现阶段我国旅游业在利用外资方面存在的问题，比如投资结构不均衡、投资方式单一、利用效率低下等。然后结合我国旅游业的实际情况，针对性的提出有关的问题解决办法： 编制旅游业利用外资规划、转变对旅游业利用外资的认识 、改善我国的旅游业投资环境、加强对外资行业投向和地区投向的引导，希望能对我国旅游业合理利用外资有所帮助。

Abstract
The aim of this thesis is based on the tourism industry of our country to use foreign capital of the relevant data, the study of China’s tourism industry uses foreign capital on the basis of the current situation, the analysis present stage our country tourism in the use of foreign capital problem, such as uneven distribution, use a single, lack of policy guidance. And then combined with the tourism industry of our country ‘s actual situation, proposed the solution to the problem. Hope that through this research can provide the relevant departments to develop the tourism industry of our country to attract foreign investment policy, tourism academia and tourism enterprises to provide useful reference for China’s tourism industry and use foreign capital to bring some feasible, effective help and guidance.
