高校烹饪与营养教育专业学生的就业现状研究

 

 

摘要

随着我国国民经济的稳步发展,人民生活水平的提高,促进中国旅游业的蓬勃发展,餐饮业,专业化,市场化,国际化特征的出现,各类餐饮企业应城市学生,和从业者素质低,人才短缺的现状,有成为瓶颈的餐饮业的快速发展。烹调程度高的专业技术人才市场已呈现出供不应求的局面,也随着对健康和营养和健康的关注人,营养和职业人才供不应求。适应社会发展的需要,中国开始做一些学院和大学,但绝大多数是大学。目前大部分的烹饪学院的学生学习能力差,他们来到了职业学校学习技能,能够谋生,而忽视了学习的文化理论。这也导致了大学生就业难的。

本文阐述了大学生就业的烹饪与营养教育的现状,分析了烹饪与营养教育学生就业面临的问题及原因,针对上述问题和原因,提出了关于解决烹饪与营养教育学生问题的一些建议,希望政府,教育机构和社会各界对缓解烹饪与营养教育专业学生的就业压力,大学生提高就业能力,提供有效的参考。

Abstract

With the steady development of national economy in our country, people’s living standard is increasing day by day, to promote the vigorous development of tourism in our country, the food industry specialization, marketization and internationalization increasingly highlight the characteristics of, all kinds of catering enterprises YingShi, and personnel quality is low and the current situation of talents shortage in, has become a bottleneck restricting the development of food industry rapidly. Market to the cooking of highly educated professional and technical personnel have been present in short supply situation, the other as people’s emphasis on health and nutrition, health, nutrition catering and other professional talents are scarce. Complying with the requirements of social development, China has some cooking schools, but most of the vocational colleges. At present Most of the cooking school students academic ability is poor, they come to the vocational school mainly to learn a trade, can make a living in the future, so despise culture theory study. It also led to the students’ employment difficulty.

This article expounds the status quo of cuisine and nutritional education college students employment, analyzes the employment by cooking and nutrition education major students in colleges and universities are faced with the problem and reason, and the reasons for the above problem, to solve the problem of cuisine and nutritional education in colleges and universities students, put forward several proposals to the hope for the government, education institutions and the social from all walks of life to alleviate cooking and nutrition education in colleges and universities students employment pressure, improving college students to raise their employment ability, provide effective reference.
