摘要:
改革开放30年来我国的城镇化水平不断提高，本文将从农村劳力推动我国特色的城镇化、城镇化发展的动力机制以及城乡统筹与中国城镇化的关键性策略等方面探索农民工进城与我国城镇化的相互关系并总结改革开放后我国城镇化发展的若干规律及其用科学发展观指导我国城镇化健康可持续发展的根本问题,伴随着黑龙江省城市化快速的发展,人们的生活水平不断提高,但城市和谐、均衡与可持续发展带来潜在风险受到了很多人的关注。通过对黑龙江省城市化进程中每个阶段变化分析、产业结构调整与转化分析和城市化进程中城市的分布与演变分析,使黑龙江省城市化健康有序的发展下面我们将一一分析。

Abstract:
30 years of reform and opening up China’s urbanization level enhances unceasingly, this article from the characteristics of rural labor to promote our country’s urbanization, the mechanism of urbanization and urban and rural areas as a whole and key strategies of Chinese urbanization, and so on to explore the relationship between rural migrant workers into the city and urbanization in China and summarize some laws of development of urbanization of our country after reform and opening-up and use the concept of scientific development to guide the fundamental problem for the sustainable development of urbanization in our country, along with the rapid development of urbanization of heilongjiang province, people’s living standards continue to improve, but city harmonious, balanced and sustainable development bring potential risks by the attention of many people. Through analyzing each phase change in the process of urbanization in heilongjiang province, the industrial structure adjustment and transformation analysis and city distribution and evolution of the analysis in the process of urbanization, the heilongjiang province urbanization healthy and orderly development of the following we will analysis one by one.
