摘要

知识获取一直是知识工程的难点之一,是专家系统成败的关键.本文分析了管理专家知识的特点,提出了管理专家知识的获取过程、方法及方法学.我们认为,管理专家知识的获取方法和技术目前还不成熟,有待深入研究,才能逐步解决知识获取这一瓶颈问题。

Abstract

    Knowledge acquisition is one of the difficulties of knowledge engineering, expert system is the key of success or failure. This paper analyzes the characteristics of management expert knowledge acquisition process, is proposed, and a method of management expert knowledge to learn. We think, acquisition methods and technology management expert knowledge is not mature at present, need to be further studied, in order to gradually solve the a knowledge acquisition bottleneck problems.
