4G通信类人才需求分析
摘要：近年来，全球信息化的发展，是科技进步的标志，促进了全球社会和经济的发展。逐渐步入了全球化，网络化，多元化的社会。就像现在我们所经历的，地球变得越来越小，网络信息却变得越来越大！既拉近了距离，又扩大了关系。这就是网络给我们带来的惊喜，通信技术却成就了网络的发展和扩大。从近几年通信技术的发展状况来看，通信产业现在面临的最大的挑战就是人才需求方面。无论是在行内还是行外，通信人才的需求都面临着很大的竞争。在通信类人才需求上，跟随者现在通信发展的脚步，对人才的素质需求有了更高的要求，再加上竞争的压力，对人才需求的期望值有所提高。例如现在流行的行业的复合型人才就成为通信企业需求的主要类型，同时技能型，创新型人才在通信行业依旧有着不可替代的地位。这也为人才的培养确定了方向。
