银行进行新员工培训就是为了实现本行发展战略目标和满足员工个人发展需要,新员工通过学习,使其了解基本知识和获得、改进有利于完成工作任务的知识、技能、观点、动机、态度的行为,以提高新员工的工作绩效和个人素质所进行的有计划、有系统的战略性人力资本活动的过程。随着人才竞争的日趋激烈,培训作为开发与发展人力资本的基本手段,早已突破了原有的纯教育意义。在我国,银行的培训工作还远远不够,培训的质量与发达国家还有很大的差距。新员工培训是现代银行进行人力资源开发的重要途径。本文研究了无锡农村商业银行新员工培训制度,希望对我国的银行员工培训有所辅益。

Abstract
Bank new employee training is in order to achieve the strategic goal of the personal development and meet the need of the employee to study for new employees to get work done, to improve the knowledge, skills, views, motivation, attitude of behavior, in order to improve the performance of new employees and personal qualities of the strategic plan and the system of human capital activities of the process. With the talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce, training as a development and the development of human capital of basic means, have already breaking the original meaning of pure education . In our country, the bank’s training work is far from enough, the quality of the training and the developed countries still have a large gap. New employee training is a modern bank of human resource development of important ways. This paper studies the Wuxi rural commercial bank new employee training system, hope to our country the bank employee training have complementary interests.
