非歧视视角下组织性别指向招聘模式研究
摘要:我国目前对性别偏好的研究主要集中在生育的性别偏好研究,但是对职业情境下性别偏好的研究,尤其是实然层面的研究极为缺乏,仅是对职业情境下性别偏好的现状描述。为此,本文主要是对现有文献的综述,系统梳理职业性别隔离、性别偏好的概念、理论等内容。然后通过问卷调查和实验设计等研究方法,分析HR正作者在职业情境下性别偏好的影响因素,尤其着重予职业性别隔离意识、性别人格特征期待、年龄、容貌等因素对性别偏好的影响。

Under the perspective of nondiscriminatory organization gender point to recruitment mode study
Abstract: In our country at present to gender preference research focuses on the birth of the gender preference research, but for professional situations of gender preference of research, especially real but levels of studies are lack of, only for professional situations of the present situation of gender preference description. Therefore, this paper is to review the available literature, systematic vocational gender segregation, gender preference of the concept, theoretical, etc. Then through the questionnaire survey and design of experiment research methods, the author in the professional HR is analyzed situation the influence factors of gender preference, especially focus on gender segregation to professional consciousness, gender, age, the personality characteristics expected looks to factors such as the effect of gender preference.
