高级管理团队与企业绩效关系的实证研究
摘要:在环球经济一体化的趋势下,随着科学技术的飞速发展,市场竞争日益加剧,产品的周期性大幅度地减少缩短,决策的不确定性增加,为了使企业获得竞争优势,单凭企业领导者个人的知识能力是远远不够的,更多的是要以来整个企业高级管理团队的集体智慧。高层管理团队根据企业内外部环境的变化,制定出组织决策和个人重要的相关决策,进而提升团队效能。本文对高管团队与企业绩效之间的关系做了理论研究,对高管团队的人口特征,高管团队的运行特征以及高管团队的战略效率如何作用于企业绩效的机理作了进行研究,论文运用了理论研究与实证研究,文献阅读与调查访问相结合的研究方法,将高管团队与企业的运行当成一个系统,通过检验假设的方式得出结论。

The senior management team and corporate performance empirical study
Abstract:In the global economic integration trends, along with the rapid development of science and technology, increasing competition in the market, product cycle greatly reduced shortening, decision-making uncertainty increased, in order to make the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage, the only enterprise leader individual knowledge capability is far insufficient, more is to the whole enterprise senior management of the collective wisdom of the group. Top management team according to the internal and external environment changes, formulate decisions in organizations and individuals important decisions, to enhance team performance. The top management team and enterprise performance and the relationship between the theory study, the TMT demographic characteristics, team executives running characteristic as well as the executive team strategy efficiency how to effect the performance of enterprise mechanism were studied, based on the theoretical research and empirical research, literature reading and investigation of combining research methods, the top management team and enterprise operation as a system, through to test the hypothesis that the way the conclusion.
