贵阳IT企业薪酬设计存在的问题与对策
摘 要
随着竞争的加剧,市场环境变化莫测,企业想要在市场环境中取得竞争优势,拥有一支高素质的人才队伍是成功的关键。薪酬问题是吸引人才的关键,合理的薪酬体系对企业的健康发展也起着关键的作用,因此,拥有一套合理的薪酬制度,使本企业制定的薪酬体系适合公司的发展策略,合理的薪酬体系不仅能够激发员工的创新热情,大大降低企业的招聘成本,减少员工的离职几率,还能够使企业获得发展的助力,在竞争激烈的市场上,科学的薪酬体系对于企业的成功有着决定性的作用。
薪酬体系的不健全严重制约了我国IT企业的发展,成为企业发展的瓶颈,贵阳IT企业设立时间较长,随着近几年的快速发展,取得了骄人的成绩,软件园相继成立,但是薪酬设计问题依然存在。本文在文献研究法和系统分析法的基础上,详研究了贵阳IT企业薪酬设计中存在的问题,最终从完善以绩效为主的薪酬制度、薪酬与绩效挂钩、引入弹性福利制度等四个方面提出了提升贵阳IT企业薪酬设计的有效对策。
