摘 要
济南机场属地化改革后,机场设施不断扩建,设备不断更新,2016年11月份首次突破年吞吐量1000万大关,已跨入千万级大型机场行列。因此济南机场要保证不断健康持续发展,努力打造企业的核心竞争力,提高服务质量,不断提高社会和企业职工的满意度,人力资源管理将会起到至关重要的作用。同时,随着国际航空业的飞速发展,近两年来济南机场不断壮大发展,国际航班不断加密,近期,又要推出济南首条国际洲际航线济南直飞洛杉矶,机场国际航班保障面临不小的压力,在此背景下,尤为突出了国际航班保障中人力资源管理的重要性,以此为契机,不断完善国际航班保障部门的人力资源管理,提高国外航空公司对济南机场的满意度,吸引更多的外航入驻,将会对济南机场未来的发展,起到至关重要的作用。
本文研究济南机场科国际航班保障团队的人力资源管理问题,通过文献法、问卷调查法、访谈法、SWOT分析法等方法,按发现问题,分析问题,解决问题的逻辑顺序,试图提出更有效的国际航班保障团队的人力资源管理办法。本文共分五部分,首先介绍本文的研究背景、意义、方法和内容,指出此项研究的必要性。接着对人力资源管理中的规划、招聘、激励、培训等主要理论等进行简单阐述,为本次研究提供理论依据。然后,介绍济南机场发展情况、十年来国际航班保障情况及现行的人力资源管理现状,并借助问卷调查和与员工代表访谈的形式,对现行人力资源管理情况具体分析。其次,根据分析结论,从国际航班保障人员的人力资源规划、招聘、激励、培训等方面,提出了国际航班保障团队的人力资源管理改善方案。最后得出研究结论及下一步工作的展望。
