酒店业属于劳动密集型行业,服务质量是其经营管理水平的重要标志,而对从业人员的管理又是酒店服务质量的保证。现代酒店业虽然有吸引员工的工作环境和工作特点,但同时还存在着社会地位低却工作要求高、工作时间长且缺乏规律性、主客收入差距悬殊等不利因素,从业人员的素质、心态、积极性、职业道德等都会成为导致酒店经营成败的关键因素。酒店进行团队构建管理,对酒店员工的思维方式和企业价值观念都具有指引作用。本文就是以酒店人力资源团队构建现状为切入点,提出现今酒店团队构建方面的不足和缺陷,并进行分析,提出了相应的完善对策。

ABSTRACT
Hotel industry is the labor-intensive industries, service quality is the business management level the important symbol, and for practitioners is the management of hotel service quality assurance. Moderno Hotel industry has attracted staff working environment and characteristic, but also the existence of low social status is high work demands, working long hours and lack of regularity, advocate of income gap and other adverse factors, the quality of personnel, attitude, enthusiasm, occupation morals will become the key of success or failure resulted in hotel management factors. Hotel management team building, the hotel staff ‘s thinking mode and enterprise value conception has guiding role. This paper is based on the hotel human resource team construction present situation as the breakthrough point, in our team construction deficiencies and defects, and carries on the analysis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
