论企业与员工的双向忠诚度
摘要 本文主要分析了企业与员工双向忠诚度的重要性,及如何提高其双向忠诚度。企业与员工是相互依存的关系,而现如今多数企业只注重强调员工的忠诚,而忽视了企业对员工的忠诚度,从而导致员工离心,企业发展受限或遭淘汰。企业应加强在精神与物质上重视提升让员工产生归属感,使其在内心上真正忠诚于企业,从而实现企业的健康发展,创造更高效益,进入良性循环。
