随着全球经济的快速发展和国际竞争的日趋激烈,企业为了获得持续长久的竞争力,不断探索新型的管理方法与工具。与许多的管理方法相似,培训外包作为一种新的管理模式也首先在实践领域中兴起,许多企业尝试着将培训的部分或全部活动,以招投标和合同制的方式委托给专业的培训服务商来完成,并对外包活动进行监控与评估,以达到预期的培训目标,如节约成本、专注核心业务及增加培训的灵活性等等。本文通过对企业培训外包相关概念的阐述,分析其存在的风险及防范措施。

Abstract
With the rapid development of global economy and the increasingly fierce international competition, enterprises in order to gain lasting competitive power, to constantly explore new management methods and tools. And many management methods, training outsourcing as a new management pattern is also the first in the practice in the field, many enterprises try will be trained in some or all of the actions, to bidding and contract entrusted to the professional training services to complete, and outsourced activities for monitoring and evaluation, in order to to achieve the desired goal of training, such as saving cost, focusing on core business and increase the flexibility of training and so on.
