浅析昆明S企业员工股权激励模式
摘要:学术界对国有企业、上市公司的股权激励模式的研究相当成熟,形成了大量理论成果。而以中小型非上市公司为研究对象的文献相对缺乏。因此本文主要围绕中小企业的员工股权激励模式展开,以昆明S企业员工股权激励模式为具体研究对象,对中小型企业股权激励模式进行一定的了解,分析中小企业股权激励制度的积极影响以及存在的问题,得出中小、民营企业员工股权激励管理的对策,以期对员工股权激励模式理论与实践有一定的参考作用。
