摘 要:随着我国经济体制的改革深化和战略管理理论的不断完善,企业的长远深化发展已经成为企业决策层甚至是普通员工所关注的重点。但是,传统的业绩考核评价方法偏向于企业短期的财务绩效,已经变得难以适应现代企业发展的各种需要。因此,如何建立一套与我国企业发展相适应的绩效考核体系已成为理论界和实务界普遍关注的热点。

Abstract:Along with the reform of our country economic system and the continuous deepening of the theory of strategy management is ceaseless and perfect, the long-term development of enterprises more and more become shareholders, managers and employees focus. However, the traditional performance evaluation methods tend to short-term financial performance, more and more difficult to meet the needs of the development of modern enterprises. Therefore, how to establish a set of China and Chinese enterprises to adapt to the development of the performance appraisal system has become the theoretical and practical circles attention.
