长沙麦当劳阿波罗店企业人才流失的问题及对策
【摘要】
随着我国餐饮业的快速发展以及人们消费观念的转变,餐饮市场的竞争日益加剧,餐饮业人才流失现象已经成为企业发展的一项难题。在此背景下,本文以长沙麦当劳阿波罗店为典型案例进行研究,简述了长沙麦当劳阿波罗人力资源现状,指出该店人才流失的问题,例如该店在招聘范围与管理不合理等;并提出相应的发展策略,例如改进招聘范围,提升管理人员的素质,加强对人员的培训与职业规划,制定合理、有竞争力的薪资、福利体系等措施,希望长沙麦当劳阿波罗店能够提升管理水平,能广泛吸纳人才,留住人才,促进企业的快速发展,以及为其他餐饮企业的人才发展提供有力的参考依据,是具有现实意义的研究课题。
