中小互联网企业招聘中的优势分析研究
摘 要
随着互联网技术的发展和普及,网络招聘已成为一种越来越普遍的招聘模式。网络招聘的全天候、即时性,大大提高了招聘工作的速度和效率,使招聘企业可以在短时间内寻获到所需的人才。人力资源招聘选拔在人力资源管理与开发工作中是一项重要的基础性工作,它对于企业人力资源的合理形成、管理及开发具有至关重要的作用。本文主要通过对小企业人力资源的招聘概述,然后分析我国中小企业人才招聘的现状及对中小企业人才吸引及招聘的困境分析;、最后通过网络招聘与传统招聘的比较,提出中小互联网企业招聘中的优势。

Abstract: with the development and popularization of Internet technology, network recruiting has become a more and more common recruitment mode. Network recruiting round-the-clock, real-time, greatly improving the recruitment of speed and efficiency, make recruiting enterprise can be found in a short period of time to the required talents. Human resources recruitment selection in the human resources management and development work is an important basic work, it for enterprise human resources reasonable formation, management and development with the crucial role. This paper mainly through small businesses of human resources recruitment overview, then analysis of the small and medium-sized enterprise for recruitment to small and medium-sized enterprises and the present condition of the talent attraction and recruitment of the dilemma of the analysis; And last through the network recruiting and the comparison of the traditional recruitment, and puts forward the advantage of the Internet for small and medium-sized enterprises.
