摘要:随着我国信息技术、互联网技术的发展,现代社会已经逐步迈入网络信息化的时代,企业要想跟上时代的步伐,必须增强自身的竞争力。在这样的竞争环境下,企业经营者开始意识到自身实力的不足、人力资源的匮乏,因此,许多企业将自己的人力资源管理部分交给了外包公司进行操作,以此来提高自身的资源利用率和工作效率。但是,外包人力资源企业多为中小型民营企业,其自身存在着管理制度问题,且人力资源的输入和输出方式较为传统,各项经营指标也并不成熟,因此,如果企业贸然地将自己的人力资源管理部分交给外包公司操作,难免需要承担一定的风险。因此,本文基于人力资源管理理论、人力资源外包现状的基础之上,对A公司的人力资源外包情况进行了分析,主要研究了A公司人力资源外包存在的风险,并结合上述问题和风险成因提出有效的解决对策,希望能给A公司的人力资源管理起到一定的参考作用。
