Abstract: The experimental research on four kinds of mulberry notes contained in the chemical composition and the content of metal elements. Using plant system preliminary experimental method for determination of chemical components in mulberry notes[1]; By atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence method, determination of the content of metal elements in mulberry notes. Experiment of xinjiang mulberry notes contain amino acids, phenols, tannins, organic acids, protein, carbohydrate, lactones, coumarins, steroids, terpenoids, flavonoids, anthraquinones, such as composition, there may be no saponin, cardiac glycosides, cyanogenic glycosides, volatile oils, alkaloids, etc; Four kinds of mulberry notes in addition to contain high levels of essential metal elements Ca, Fe, beneficial to human body trace element Cu, Mn, zinc content is rich. Four kinds of heavy metal elements in the mulberry notes Hg, As, Cd are lower than the national standard, and remove Pb not overweight in kuqa black mulberry notes, the other three.
