内容摘要：随着我国经济高速发展，食品安全问题越来越引起人们广泛关注，本文从瘦肉精案入手，将双汇集团肉制品食品安全管理体系作为研究对象，在对相关基本概念和理论综述的基础上，根据双汇集团的实际状况，依据HACCP管理体系和IS022000标准对其食品安全管理体系的构建和运行进行了探讨，针对双汇集团如何加强对食品安全的监管以及双汇品牌修复，提出了提高食品安全管理体系有效性的对策以及促进企业食品安全监管的有效政策建议。
