摘 要
随着信息技术的快速发展，以及人们法制意识的不断增强，人们越来越关注食品的安全。但由于政府监管存在问题，使得我国食品安全问题不断发生，引起社会公众的强烈不满。食品安全是关系民生的大事，政府对食品的安全监管是一项长期的工作。本文通过简述政府责任和食品安全监管的内涵及意义、指出政府对食品安全监管存在的问题，并出提高政府对食品安全监管的对策，希望政府增强责任机制，完善管理机制，加强责任追究制度；坚持不懈开展食品安全整治活动，为食品企业创造一个公平竞争的环境，保证食品的安全，促进人民的健康，是具有现实意义的研究课题。

Study on the Government responsibility of the food safety regulation
Abstract:With the rapid development of IT, as well as continuous enhancement of people’s legal awareness, people are increasingly concerned about food safety. However, due to government regulation problems, China’s food safety problems continue to occur, aroused strong dissatisfaction of the public. Food safety is the livelihood of the event, the government food safety regulation is a long-term work. View of this, in brief government responsibility and food safety regulatory connotation and significance, pointing out that the problems of food safety supervision, and proposed to increase the countermeasures of the government food safety regulation on the basis of the government role in food safety supervision , I hope the Government to strengthen the awareness of food safety supervision, improve the management mechanism, improve the regulatory responsibilities and capabilities; increase cases to trace, to strengthen the accountability system; perseverance to carry out food safety improvement activities, to create an environment of fair competition for food companies,Guarantee food security and promoting people’s health, is of practical significance to the research topic.
