摘要

在人类历史长河中，体育游戏作为一种人类的社会现象，是伴随着人类社会的产生和发展而出现和演进的。它是由人类身心需要引发的。体育游戏，是在体育运动的基础上，综合人体的跑、跳、投基本生活与劳动技能及各项体育基本运动形式，创编出多种形体动作，并根据全民健身的需要，学校素质教育的需要，有针对性地拟定有教台意义的故事情节和竞技性较强的比赛规则而创编的游戏。当今，随着人们对体育游戏认识的不断深化，体育游戏已广泛应用于体育教学、运动训练以及群众性体育活动中，并逐步形成了自己的理论体系。
