摘 要
龙川县是河源市篮球发展比较发达的地区，篮球氛围浓厚。且历年来在地级市比赛中获得优异成绩。而龙川一中是广东省一级学校，广东省体育特色学校，国家级示范性普通高中。学校重视体育人才的发展与培养，每年定期在全市招收各专项体育特长生。以篮球特长生为例。为地方，高校培养了许多优秀的篮球体育人才。通过深入了解龙川一中体育人才培养的模式，结合龙川一中篮球训练的手段认识龙川篮球的文化特点及社会篮球需求。
