北京体育大学健美操专项术科课程方案的研究
摘 要:健美操是一项体现健与美的运动,它融体操、舞蹈、音乐为一体,健美操在增进学生身心健康、培养他们正确体态、塑造其美的形体以及陶冶美的情操等方面具有其独特的优势。正是由于健美操轻松活泼的特点以及强身健体的巨大功效,倍受高校学生广泛的青睐。更由于健美操比较符合当代大学生心理和生理特点,目前全国许多高校已经开设健美操选修课。
本文在广泛阅读文献资料的基础上,以北京体育大学为调查对象,主要采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对北京体育大学健美操选修课教学的现状进行调查、分析,旨在全面了解全国各高校的健美操课现状,进一步明确高校健美操课的教学目标、规范教学内容、改进考试方法、突出健美操教学在素质教育中的作用,为高校健美操课的改革提供有价值的依据。

Beijing Sports University Aerobics special technical courses program
Abstract:
Aerobics is a movement reflect the health and beauty, financial gymnastics, dance, music as a whole, aerobics in the promotion of the health of students, training them on proper body shape their beauty of form and cultivate US sentiment has its own unique advantage. It is due to the huge effect of aerobics animated features, aswell as physical fitness, and much of the college students of all ages. More aerobics more in line with the psychological and physiological characteristics of the contemporary college students, many colleges and universities across the country have been created and aerobics elective.
Based on extensive reading of literature, Beijing University of Physical Education for the survey, the main questionnaire, expert interviews, and mathematical statistics to investigate the status of the Beijing Sports University aerobics elective teaching, analysis, aimed at full understanding of the various colleges and universities in the country aerobics class status , to further clarify the aerobic courses in the teaching objectives, standardize the teaching content, improved test methods, and highlight aerobics teaching quality education, the reform to provide valuable basis.
