摘要
本工程为长安大学建工大厦工程,工程通过编制施工组织设计与投标报价,能确保资源优化配置,施工进度合理,施工工艺适当,排除各种干扰。建筑市场交易活动的特点,决定了承包者要取得施工任务,必须在建筑市场上参加竞争。承包企业要竞争取胜,就必须进行充分筹划,确定对策,并满足招标方标书中有关组织方面的要求,这就必须编制施工组织设计。
另外,建筑工程施工的复杂的施工工艺,对施工技术的特殊都要求具有科学、严密、有效的施工组织设计。高难度的要求,需要处理好的众多协作配合关系,施工准备工作的复杂性、大量性和长时间性等。投标报价对投标人有着十分重要的意义和作用。在国内建筑市场竞争十分激烈的情况下,制定正确的投标策略就非常重要。主要表现在:投标报价是投标人在投标竞争中成败的关键,也是实现经营目标的保证,更是获取利润的前提。
