浅谈私人博物馆藏品在交流运输中的保护
摘要
顾名思义，民力、博物馆是由政府部门以外的社会力量利用民间收藏的文物、标本、资料等文化财产依法没立并取得法人资格，向公众开放的非营利性社会服务机构。20世纪80年代以来，我国私人博物馆的发展，经历了从自发到自觉，从最初与社会公众分享个人收藏的快乐，到为民间收藏的健康发展寻求合法的存在机制，再到参与有广阔发展前景的博物馆文化体系建没，一步步从无到有，从小到大，渐成规模，在实践中积极寻求健康发展之路。私人博物馆现在文物交流日益频繁，在文物包装与运输过程中的保护问题也给文物保护工作提出了更高的要求。私人博物馆文物由于其运输及商务活动有其特殊性，涉及多种运输方式，必须按有关规定办理保险业务，运输的过程中需要保养需要保安监督系统，必须做好安全防范工作。本文主要是从私人博物馆文物的安全防护管理上发现管理漏洞并提出解决方法。期望在当代尚存紊乱的多元发展背景下，中国的私人博物馆能够重新审视自身在当今社会发展中的地位，更好的服务社会、促进社会文化的发展和繁荣。

ABSTRACT
As the name suggests, the people, the museum is by government departments outside the social power utilization of folk cultural relics in the collection of data, samples, and other cultural property according to law without making and has obtained the qualification of legal person, a non-profit social service organization is open to the public. In twentieth Century 80 since the 1990s, the development of private museums in China, has experienced from spontaneity to consciousness, from the initial and the public to share personal collection of happiness, to seek legal mechanism exists for the healthy development of private collection, to participate in a museum cultural system of broad development prospects of the construction, a step by step from scratch, from small to large, gradually scale, and actively seek the road to healthy development in practice. Private museum relics now exchanges become more frequent, the problem of cultural relics protection in packaging and transportation in the process also to put forward higher requirements for the protection of cultural relics. Private museum artifacts due to its transport and business activity has its particularity, involving a variety of modes of transport, to apply for insurance business according to the relevant provisions, need maintenance need security supervision system in the process of transportation, we must do a good job in security work. This paper is mainly found loopholes in management from the security management of the private museum of cultural relics and propose solutions. Expectations in the pluralistic development background of contemporary surviving disorders, China private museums to re-examine its position in the development of society, the better service to the society, promote the development and prosperity of social culture.
