我国空港物流在过去的二十年间经历了快速发展,在经济全球化以及“工业4.0”趋势下,物联网等新兴产业将引领新一轮的产业结构升级和调整。在未来一段时间内,我国的全球制造业中心地位仍然不会变,促进航空货运发展的主流因素仍将继续保持下去,因此我国空港物流发展前景依然广阔。
当前,天津市在民航领域正在努力寻求打造成为北方国际航空物流中心,空港物流的发展无疑对其实现这一目标起着至关重要的作用,而一个地区空港物流的发展核心与关键在于依托本地机场,同时大力发展临空相关产业,使得与区域产业经济发展相互促进。因此天津市政府重点完善机场基础设施建设以及出台相关产业政策支持对发展空港物流有着十分重要的意义。
本文首先根据空港物流、产业生态系统的有关理论,提出空港物流生态系统概念内涵,通过波特五力模型分析天津空港物流产业的竞争环境,参考产业生态系统理论中的共生网络和产业集群两大方面,构建出天津空港物流生态系统的“ACI”结构模型,然后将空港物流生态系统构成因素指标分层级,再用模糊综合评价方法(FCE)对系统因素进行评价找出发展短板。根据评价结果可以在整体规划中对不同的因素给予不同的关注,扬长补短,最终实现天津空港物流生态系统的可持续、高效、稳定、合理发展。

Airport logistics in our country has experienced rapidly development in the past two decades, under the economic globalization and the “Industrie4.0” trends, emerging industries such as the Internet of things will lead a new round of industrial structure upgrade and adjustment. A period of time in the future, our global manufacturing hub status still won’t change, the main factors to promote the development of air cargo will still continue to persist, so our airport logistics development prospect remains vast.
At present, Tianjin in the field of civil aviation are trying to find to build a logistics center in northern international aviation, airport logistics development undoubtedly to the realization of this goal plays a vital role, and a Regional Airport Logistics Development of the core and key is relying on the local airport, along with the vigorous development of the airport related industries, the regional industrial economic development and promote each other. The focus of the Tianjin municipal government to improve airport infrastructure and the introduction of relevant industrial policies to support the development of airport logistics has a very important significance.
At first, this paper based on the related theory of airport logistics, the industrial ecosystem, airport logistics ecosystem concept is put forward. Then through the Potter five forces model analysis of Tianjin airport logistics industry competition environment. The Tianjin Airport Logistics ecosystem structure model of “ACI” is constructed refer to industrial ecosystem theory of symbiosis networks and industrial clusters. And then to airport logistics level hierarchical ecosystem factors indicators, use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) method to evaluate system factors to find the development board. According to the evaluation results can be in the overall planning of different factors for different attention, raise, finally realizes the Tianjin airport logistics ecosystem sustainable, efficient, stable and reasonable development.
